Yoga Castle Hill

Power Flow.

Strong, sweaty and dynamic (Vinyasa) flow class, linking movement to your breath. In each of our heated classes, you’ll tone and strengthen your body in a way that only yoga can through challenging bodyweight moves and repetitions. Expect to build strength, flexibility, explore arm balances, and deepen your body awareness. You’ll close each class feeling empowered both physically and mentally. Every class is different, expect to receive an all over body workout!

Previous yoga experience is recommended.

Heated classes are set to 32 degrees and 25 degrees

Power Foundations
A (Power) Flow style class, slowed down so we can focus on the alignment and fundamentals of the practice.

This class is geared towards beginners, the returning student and those seeking a slower practice. Room warmed to 25 degrees

Progressive Power Flow
Deepen you practice (Vinyasa/Power Flow) for intermediate and advanced students

Yin Stretch

Yin/Stretch.

Perfect for the beginner yogi through to advanced yoga practitioner. A passive practice tapping into and releasing the connective tissue throughout the body, increasing circulation in the joints and creating greater range of movement and flexibility. Yin is the perfect way to unwind and practice stillness.

Whether you’ve been living a busy lifestyle, stuck at your desk all day, or exhorted your body through physical activity, Yin relives the daily tension. A transformative practice for those who need to stretch-out and unwind.

Yoga Castle Hill

Mellow.

Let go with gentle movement and breath. These classes are designed for students who want to take things a little gentler than our heated power flow classes or who are new to yoga.

The first half the class will be standing pose and lunges and the 2nd half you’ll move through seated and floor based poses allowing relaxation of the body, assisted through longer holds and slower transits that give you plenty of time and space to open the body and clear your mind.

The slow and gentle pace of each practice is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down.

Reformer Pilates

Pilates HIIT.

A 30 minute express HIIT conditioning class incorporating pilates mat principles, which packs some serious punch! Get sweaty and workout to upbeat house music in our infrared heated room – 25c. A full body workout that’s designed to sculpt your arms, legs, abs and butt. Strengthen, increase mobility and torch calories. High intensity, but low impact. Transform both physically and mentally.
