Our Dynamic and Align sessions are 9:1, client to instructor. Our Group classes are designed for people who are injury-free and who are not pregnant.

*Group reformer sessions are not advised for injuries and after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Postnatal, please provide clearance from your doctor. The minimum return to class is 8 weeks Postpartum.

Group Pilates

Align Reformer Sessions.

Align Foundations & Align Flow.
Set and refine the foundations of your pilates practice. Slower paced and ideal for beginners (Foundations).
Expect to build strong foundations as we add progressions for each level.
You'll be strengthening deep core, while focusing on alignment, toning your overall body, plus improving posture & balance.

For newbies, we recommend attending 4-10 foundations sessions, before joining flow.

Group Pilates

Dynamic Reformer Sessions.

Get set for fast-paced, intense sessions that deliver incredible total body sculpting workouts to challenge you mentally and physically. Reformer sessions are 45mins.

Reformer Pilates

Pilates HIIT (Mat Sessions).

A 30 minute express HIIT conditioning session incorporating pilates mat principles. Workout to upbeat house or RnB music in our infrared heated room – 25c. A full body workout that’s designed to tone up, strengthen, increase mobility and torch calories. High intensity, but low impact. Transform both physically and mentally. Open to all levels.

Yoga & Reformer Pilates Sessions

Private and Semi Private sessions.

These sessions are ideal for those who are after one on one attention, working through/ rehabing from an injury or targeted sports and dance performance training, pre and post natal. Semi private sessions are a maximum 1:3 in a session. Sessions are 55mins.

Reformers are unique pieces of equipment that enables you to target areas of your body with precision, by using resistance, controlled and specific movements. Enabling a smarter and more efficient overall body workout. Ideal for beginners to professional athletes.
